We ask that you send your address to us so we can send a thank you and/or send you the OPF Journal. If you specified a recurring donation, for your records note on your calendar when it will be deducted. Paypal will automatically deduct the donation based on your request. Also send us your postal address in the form below so we can confirm your information. We do not use this information for anything but sending you information based on your relationship with the OPF.  All donations above $25 will give you a one-year subscription to the journal.
